Back to Work Limited is a privately-owned company established in Christchurch in 1999.

Our Mission Statement is: "Getting People Back to Work".

We are passionate about ONE thing - and that is, to help Employers and Job Seekers alike by providing one-to-one professional employment assistance.

Our services are free to Work and Income Job Seekers and those receiving ACC support. If either of these applies to your personal situation, then please contact your case manager about coming to see us.

For Employers specifically, we provide Recruitment Services in addition to offering Fee-for-Service Worksite and Vocational Assessments and Redundancy Support services.
